Concord Homecare was founded by Corwin Cooper, his mother’s eldest son, whose journey into caregiving began when his beloved mom experienced a sudden, life-changing stroke. What started as a deeply personal responsibility quickly became a calling — transforming Corwin’s experience from family caregiver into advocate, care coordinator, and trusted support for others facing similar challenges.

With nearly 10 years of experience providing hands-on care, over 70,000 hours coordinating services, and extensive experience supporting individuals and families with chronic illnesses, severe disabilities, and complex health needs, Corwin built Concord Homecare on the belief that no one should face these challenges alone.
